cold weather has been wreaking havoc on Chicago. -5 one day, 0 the next. making it worse for everyone, snowstorms dropped over a foot of snow adding to the misery.

On the 18th I spent the evening walking around the northside of chicago. Walked past some of the motels on Lincoln Ave. and down Peterson past the cemeteries

snowy nights

The only thing I find truly beautiful about winter is a snowy night. The light is like no other, reflecting off the snow and illuminating the city.
